She loves combining various movement modalities to create deep mind-body connections, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that enhances both physical and mental well-being.Beyond the studio, Sarah has successfully hosted multiple sold-out fitness retreats, with the first selling out in just three months and the second in only three weeks.
